Am writing on behalf of KY who has been a diabetic for more than 15 years. Ky resigned from his job as a GM of a hotel due to stress in December, 2007. He took 70 units of insulin a day. Blood sugar was about 6mmol Decided to take dbethics a supplement for diabetics on January 9, 2008 after three days his insulin intake was reduced by 6 units as his sugar level dropped. Today his doctor further advise him to reduce his insulin by another 4 units as his fasting sugar level drop to 5.1
