Brewing the cinnamon tea in tea bags resulting in huge increases in bioavailability and lowered blood glucose to normal levels when I combined it with gymena!!!! I recommend it for anyone with diabetes type 2. Dont stop taking your medicine use it with the medicine. My glycated hemoglobin score is lower then than the average non diabetics!!!!
