My husband is a diabetic and he loves everything he should not eat. Now that its football season the appatizers are the first thing on the menus for him. This is a great recipe and if you have any more please send them my way. He will love you for this.

Have you tried making pepperoni Chips with the recipe? Take your pepperoni and slice them into quarters the put them in between paper towel in the microwave for 2 min. at a time, until they are crispy leave for 2 min to cool and get extra crispy and serve. I like it with spinach dip! I bet it would be good with nacheos

I too have found some easy ways to still eat the foods I love like these pita chips. Thanks for the recipe. I would like to use it on my blog.
I thought my pizza days were over until I tried using the medium size tortilla's (4 g carbs) for the crust. Now I can eat right along with the family when they have pizza. I guess there is a substitute for everything if we just search hard enough.
Please visit <a href="http://low-carb-diabetic-recipes.blogspot.com" rel="nofollow"> my low-carb-diabetic-recipes blog</a> for more good recipes.

MMM, that sounds great. Where did you get this recipe from? I would LOVE to get more of them. I'm constantly looking for great snacks and appetizers w/out bolusing with extreme levels.
