Is a misleading statement: I worked in a meat market for a few years and bone in meat is approximately the same price as boneless because although you are paying a price per pound for the bone. The price per pound for boneless meat is higher.

So for example a New York steak which is a boneless T-Bone costs more per pound than a T-Bone. The  T-Bone weighs more because of the bone but costs less per pound. If you were to buy a T-Bone steak and remove the bone and then weigh the actual meat (New York Steak) and figure out the cost of just that meat without the bone at the higher price per pound of the New Your steak you will find that it is about the same price.</description>
