Thank you. There is so much confusion about this problem about what to eat and such. I need a guide and I believe you might just be able to help. As of yet, I am on no medication for this problem, however, if I were to have a blood test today, I probably would be. I prefer to use diet and other natural means. I know I feel better when I stick with raw vegetables and raw fruits. The sugars created by the fruits are easily overturned, I've noticed. Although when I check my blood sugar after eating two small peaches the other day it was 209, it was quickly down. However my blood sugar is running higher than I like and I notice I feel the same on higher blood sugars as I did when I had low blood sugar which is a problem I had to deal with most of my life. I am not big on sweets so much but it is very hard to stay away from tortilla chips and salsa or tortilla chips and Fiesta Dip. :) Occasionally I like cake or something but chips, thats my problem lately. Thank you for showing me I can eat legumes and whole grains. I never tire of those or raw fruit and vegetables.

Sincerely,
Yvonne
